We are “managing” less now

Pros

Since we implemented the solution, we are no longer chasing team members and documents for info. Its all there, easily accessibly. Implementation was quick for us and required very little training. I would recommend anyone to look at them before making a decision.

Cons

Enterprise space management features are missing. Would be great if it was all in one solution.

Pros

The solution is very easy to use. Lease management dashboard is a delight and gives us a lot of information without any clicks. I get a lot of information just by logging in and via automated notifications without running reports. Definitely recommend this solution if anyone is looking.

Cons

There were 2 minor glitches when we first implemented but the team was very responsive and fixed it right away.

Easy to use and has all features we need

Pros

user interface is easy, does not require much training, features are well designed. A small portion of our portfolio also use their lease accounting module and its such a time saver while being very accurate too.
