The first few years were great! I referred many owners to ESS. Ever since Storable bought it, there has been a steady decline. More downtime. Less enhancements. Nearly no fixes. Don’t waste your time or money with this company. They don’t care about you or your business.

The Good…

I have been using ESS since 2016. The software and development team were good until Storable bought them out. Now I would not recommend them to my worst enemy. I am here shopping for a new software package to replace ESS.

The Bad…

They have greatly increased the monthly subscription while at the same time refusing to fix even minor issues with the software. They also forced all owners to switch to their payment processor while adding their own fees in so payment processing also went up considerably and on this functionality went down. Overall, Storable is not interested in improving ESS, just milking all of the money they can out of storage owners. Run as fast as you can from ESS. It is not worth it anymore.

I have implemented the software and use it on a daily basis. It is quick, easy and thorough. The support is immediate and always solves my issue. It is the best support I have received on any software I have ever used and that’s a big thing considering I have implemented software and hardware platforms for over forty years. For someone who is not software proficient this system is intuitive and easy to operate. I Highly recommend it!

Reliable. Quickly accessible from anywhere. Makes things quick and easy. You can bring up your accounts on an ipad and handle move-ins from any device! This will simplify your self storage business!

Way satisfied and impressed! Excellent customer service! From DOS to managing my office from a smart phone anywhere! Whole Mini Storage Management System costs less than what I was paying for just postage before!
