Our customers were expanding and growing internationally or using regional carriers where we did not have a shipping integration in place. We needed a partner that extended our carrier reach. Shippo opened up our customer base to secure customers with unique shipping requirements but also giving our existing customers a wide breadth of options.

Merchant experience with Shippo is virtually seamless to the warehouse worker. As a carrier request comes down that is not native to our solution, we make a call to Shippo to gather the specific rate information and the shipping label so we can then print it at our packing stations.

Whenever we have a new customer who says we need to utilize a specific carrier, do we build it in house or give it to a partner? We don’t deal with that problem because Shippo always says yes to putting that on their roadmap and promising that it will be added due to our customers needing it.
