Shippo offers a “Pay As You Go” package that is $.05/shipment plus postage costs with no monthly fees. The Professional versions starts at $10/month and includes 5 user accounts. The Premier version is available for larger fulfillment operations and requires customer pricing.
Our customers were expanding and growing internationally or using regional carriers where we did not have a shipping integration in place. We needed a partner that extended our carrier reach. Shippo opened up our customer base to secure customers with unique shipping requirements but also giving our existing customers a wide breadth of options.
Merchant experience with Shippo is virtually seamless to the warehouse worker. As a carrier request comes down that is not native to our solution, we make a call to Shippo to gather the specific rate information and the shipping label so we can then print it at our packing stations.
