Omni Accounts comprises of over 100 accounting features. These are grouped into four software bundles, namely Essential, Trader, Business and Enterprise, each including a different assortment of accounting functionality specifically suited to the size and requirements of the business.
However, these features are also all available individually. Thus, should a small business purchase Omni Essential, they can then select individual features that they require and pay for only these features, rather than doing a complete software upgrade to Trader and perhaps paying for functionality that they do not require.
Therefore, the user has the freedom to simply select and mix the features to suit their requirements and their budget without being forced to upgrade in large steps to higher versions of software, as is the case with more conventional products.
As an added benefit, a digital salesman automatically switches on and encourages users to try the additional features available to them individually.
These are then switched on for 14 days so that the user can trial the features and decide which, if any, they need to purchase. These purchases can be made simply and efficiently by obtaining the relevant authorisation code from the Omni Accounts website. This can be done 24-hours-a-day and provides an instantaneous response.
Each CD is shipped fully-featured, so if you purchase Omni Essential, you will receive a CD loaded with all the features available, but like a light switch, it will be set to ‘dim’ and only the bare-bones of accounting will be switched on creating Omni Essentials.
This light switch can then be turned brighter when the user upgrades or purchases new switches.
The Omni product will allow users to customise any existing reports; conduct tax returns by the click of one button and lots, lots more. The product can operate in a stand-alone or multi-user, networked Windows environment.
