It saves a lot of time. You certainly you don’t have to go between different programs. You don’t have to worry about trying to export and import or format. Also having the inventory and having all the production forms that we need all tied in together… Everything is linked. And that traceability is great not just from a quality control perspective, but also from a finance perspective.

We needed to consolidate all the systems that we were using as we had stuff in QuickBooks, we had stuff in Ekos, we had all these different Google Sheets, and if it wasn’t shared with the right person, then somebody wasn’t informed. It just wasn’t in a very open platform. Having seen the chaos of a lot of different systems, the thing that sets OBeer apart is how you can access and you can trace things from step 1 to step 150 sometimes. And seeing that all in one instead of just opening up like 400 tabs on my computer every day has been a game changer.
