This feature includes:

  • Work Order Request Form: A customized web form directly submits a request to the maintenance team. Users can submit requests through a desktop, mobile app, kiosk or any web-enabled device.
  • Maintenance List: Access and manage all tasks in a single location with quick sorting, column layout preferences and shortcuts.
  • Instant Notifications: Automatically send notifications when a task is allocated and deliver instant email or message notifications for fast and effective communication.
  • Internal Email Client: Compose, send, reply and forward emails via the CMMS. Create contact lists, attach files and track email history attached to a work order.
  • Duplication Checker: Receive a warning message when creating a duplicate request and check similar requests before deleting or creating the work order.

  • Preventive Maintenance: Schedule and manage routine maintenance, maintain compliance regulations, schedule regular inspections and predetermine task assignments based on skills. This feature supports attaching MSDS forms, training PDFs, safety documentation and instructional video to PM tasks.

  • Inventory Management: Store all information on spare parts in one place, link parts to assets and check how many parts are available. Maximize efficiency with alerts when stock is low, track inventory usage and stock parts in bulk based on usage. Detailed records on the initial purchase price, re-order price and the average cost of each part help users make more informed purchase decisions.
  • Reports: From asset expenses to staff performance to facility trends, access all reports on a customizable dashboard. Share reports, export reports to PDF or Excel, and view and print bar graphs and charts.
  • Integration: Integrate with more than 800 applications, such as RingCentral, YouTube, SurveyMonkey and more.
  • Mobile App: Complete and receive tasks and work orders, access requests, set priorities and receive notifications for preventive maintenance on the app. Directly add notes, images and time spent upon completion.

Much of this can be attributed to the ongoing support from the Maintenace Care team, they have been phenomenal. What we like most about this product is that it fits particularly well with the requirements and demands synonymous with Seniors Care.

It is also very user friendly but, perhaps most important is that in our case, it encouraged participation from all levels of our staff through the service desk concept, which in our view is one of the corner stones of this product. From that perspective, facility maintenance has become a collaborate effort in our Company to the direct benefit of deserving Residents

This program allows all users to quickly alert me when something needs attention. I receive an email and able to record the action & give notes about why and if additional service is needed.
