1crm is both a contact manager and sales process tool - allowing for quotes, sales orders, shipping, invoicing and supply ordering.

The Good…

It does a good general job but has many areas of improvement to go. At the moment there has been no major upgrade for over 3 years, and with a list of improvements that can be made perhaps it has run its lifecycle out?

The Bad…

Years of suggested improvements ignored.
