Sales Manage your sales pipeline Sales Management ES will allow you to identify specific sales opportunities and track their stage in the sales process, size of opportunity (in dollars), anticipate or target close date, and confidence level in closing the sale. Within each opportunity you can do inline addition and editing of related contacts and activities directly with an opportunity - giving you full visibility in to your entire sales pipeline.
Manage your Sales Activities All sales activities can be planned in advance and stored for reference. You are able to schedule and track meetings, phone calls, e-mails, general notes, etc.
Personalized Sales Dashboard: Each sales staff will have a view of all tasks for that day and other days. They will not need to navigate through multiple programs and screens to find their tasks. This provides a single task management system for all of your sales leads and reps.
Build Strong Customer Relationship: Related contacts and activities can be linked to sales leads/opportunities. Each sales lead/opportunity will allow you to record and connect any activity or information you desire (i.e. contact information, account history and detailed customer notes that can help you make that personal connection.)
Integration with Microsoft Outlook: Your contacts, tasks, e-mails and meetings can be imported from Outlook.
Sales Managers Assign Leads to Individual Sales Reps: You can quickly and easily assign leads to sales reps, and monitor the progress of each opportunity from lead to closed sale.
Manager Dashboard: Will give you the abiliyt to view a summary of sales rep activity across all representatives. You are then able to drill down to view specific detials of each sales rep or activity.
Reports: A specific set of reports is available to you as a manager. You can summarize and analyze the sales process by account, representative, opportunity, and more.
