The software seems basic beyond basic. Yes, there are tabs for ‘accounts’, ‘contacts’ and ‘leads’. It seems each is a stand alone module with no workflow Progression. If converted, there is no selection to Proceed the lead into the next module. Also, there doesn’t seem to be an email link where I can email a customer directly through the CRM. If there is, maybe I havent ProPerly set it uP correctly.

The Good…

What I like best is it is a CRM module.

The Bad…

No workflow movement (Lead, Potential, Account) through a conversion Process.
