I’m pretty satisfied with it. I’ve had to work through setting up new merchant connections for my online transactions and that took a little bit to get setup. Once I did that, it seems to be working good. It is a little chunky. Everytime I want to create a newsletter, it’s not as seamless as I like it. I’ve pretty much had to recreate stuff. Then the monthly receipts, I’m still trying to get that automated. Probably the biggest thing is I haven’t had the time to sit down and work with it. I’d like it to be more consistent on sending automatic receipts everytime I have donations. All that said, I am pretty satisfied with it.
We love [DonorSnap] over our SalesForce program. While on that system we had to buy so many modules and it was costing a fortune. Now on DonorSnap we have everything in one place. It is simplified and easy to use. Only issue is linking to our website donor form.

Honor Flight Syracuse is one of 130 Hubs across the nation chartered to take Veterans to Washington, DC to visit the memorials dedicated to their service and sacrifice. Our first mission was in October, 2012 and we joined the DonorSnap family in April, 2014 with just a few hundred constituents. Now, with over 5,600 records on file, we will take our 1,000th Veteran to Washington in May. The DonorSnap Team has been by our side at every step along the way. The journey began with a seamless onboarding data conversion (from an Excel spreadsheet!) Since then, Customer Support has been almost instantly ready for questions and cries for help. And always with a great answer. The software has constantly evolved and expanded — with NCOA, with an i-Phone app, inclusion of constituent photos, mass e-mail campaigns, DonorSearch “DSRatings” and online forms including GoEMerchant for financial transactions. DonorSnap’s free weekly online training sessions are a great help to new users — and the archive of all sessions on the Help site are an invaluable resource. Using DonorSnap’s growing features allows us a 360-degree view of our constituents and their entire relationship and experience with Honor Flight — an invaluable tool!

DonorSnap is the most user friendly donor management tool I have ever used. In the past 16 years I have used 4 other donor management databases. DonorSnap is straight forward, easy to customize, create and generate built in reports, mail merge donor letters, as well as creating and making registration and contact forms. The other products that I’ve used, in the past, were cumbersome and did not provide anything close to the ease of creating and generating reports as DonorSnap. The online classes and recorded tutorial videos are so helpful when getting started and are at the ready when needed further down the line.
