User Reviews of Bizowie Cloud ERP

Bizowie is a great product that’s easy to work with and has all the features we need to run our business.

The Good…

We’re able to automate complicated fulfillment processes. We can combine orders from multiple channels (e-commerce + wholesale + events) and have the system guide fulfillment as needed (from separate locations, drop shipped from a vendor, special ordered, etc.)

The Bad…

More pre built KPIs would be helpful

Bizowie combines our core business processes into one system. It meets all our business needs by interfacing with our eCommerce (Shopify and Amazon), our fulfillment center (third part warehouse), our accounting (in house and auditor), and our customers. Bizowie provides a centralized overview of our business operations, spots and resolves bottlenecks, and performs analysis, often in real-time.

The Good…

#1 the support team is awesome!!! Fast and Accurate! The software is Logical!! Very user friendly. Easy to train users on its functionality.

The Bad…

Hard question.

Bizowie is an incredibly adaptable, robust ERP system. They have tailored our instance to our specific needs and it works flawlessly.

The Good…

It’s reliable and very capable and heavily customizable.

The Bad…

Lack of documentation. Their support documentation could stand to be improved. Error messages could stand to be more descriptive as well.

It is very customizable but with that brings lots of issues when changes are made down the road. Their customer service is prompt but because every company is different in their setup they do not look into that first, they just answer with the basic system answer and you have to go back to them with your specifications. You have to create your own instruction manual since things are so customizable. Their “reports” are very hard to roll out to anyone other than accounting because they all run off different information; ie. invoice date, payment date, etc. They do not have a 1099/W9 process in place and is a very manual process at year end. You are essentially creating every aspect of the system so be prepared to spend time doing so. Even simple things like prepaids, it’s already in the system but you have to put into place simple controls so that things can not be changed later and if they are making sure the correct journal entries will be created.

The workflows for approval and the visibility to supervisors. To the best of their ability they do try to create or enhance their system per your requests.
