We feel miss-lead, cheated and robbed
After 18 months and more than $9000, the team at Deskera was UN-ABLE to make their system work for our simple little company. They were not even able to integrate the merchant account application as they promised. We were charged about $6k for the set up of the system (which took twice as long as promised) and then charged the monthly user fee & when we were not even able to use the system. Multiple conferences, emails and letters have not gotten us any closer to a functional system or a refund.
We feel miss-lead, cheated and robbed. We have lost a year and a half and more than $9000. Don’t let this happen to you.

Deskera helped us with more of the back-end perspective
The main challenges I have is from an inventory and IT perspective. Changing and getting accustomed to new technology is tough and we needed the right software for our business.
Deskera helped us with more of the back-end perspective. We used to do a lot of things manually, we did payroll very manually, paying some of the staff in terms of overtime used to just be cash. This was because we couldn’t calculate the proper wages before it was time to print their paychecks.
Now with the HRMS upgrade, there is a lot of automation which benefits us in the sense that we can get work done faster. The HRMS has helped us as well with the e-claims. Every store we have need to do a claim. Every staff member can take a photo over the mobile app and it gets sent to our system.
The e-leave feature lets the over the phone representative see when their vacation and paid time off is. The staff benefits quite a while because they have everything they want at the click of a button.
It has helped us save time from manual tasks and improve our productivity
We’re a Japanese food company. We dealt with a lot of manual processes in our company. We wanted technology to improve our overall flow.
We chose Deskera to provide inventory and warehousing. It has helped us save time from manual tasks and improve our productivity. It can manage our resources, and focus the demand of our resources based off historical data. We can see numbers in real-time and reallocate resources where they are needed. Eventually we want to have a fully linked software for inventory, finances, and more, and I know this will work.
