The customer service from ServiceChannel was great for us

April 10th, 2013 • Roles: Purchaser & End User

In 2008 we started searching for a CMMS type company that would serve our needs. We landed on ServiceChannel for several reasons. The cost was right for us, as well as the willingness to integrate. We had a proprietary piece of software that everyone knew how to use and didn’t want to give that up. You’re going to be really reluctant to stop doing what you’ve been doing and start something new. We needed an integrated CMMS, and ServiceChannel was one of the most willing.

The customer service from ServiceChannel was great for us. It integrated with our tools and we liked the IVR system. We are able to require that the vendor sign-in and sign-out from the job site.
