One of the best things about Raiser’s Edge NXT is processing all the credit cards, especially all of the recurring gifts. If we didn’t have Raiser’s Edge NXT, we would still be doing things manually, so it has really saved us a lot of time and manpower.
Every bit of time we can save and every process improvement we can make means we can do more for canine health. Blackbaud’s technology helps us improve efficiencies that save time, and time saved translates into measurable impact for dogs—and their people.
We raise as much as possible to ensure that our expanded community has access to the support they need, a need that is ever-growing. In this complicated political climate, our grantees at more than 450 organizations nationwide are facing severe budget cuts, as state and federal funding continues to shrink, so we do our best to help. As a grant-making organization, that means we have to work harder to meet those needs.
Technology, in general, creates awareness to spread the word about what we’re doing, to get people excited and aware that their contributions will be impactful. We’re using Blackbaud to identify current supporters who may want to get more deeply involved and have the capacity to do so.
The solution is not user-friendly and there was no support or training available at a reasonable price.
