Great solution and easy to use. It helps us keep track of all the moving pieces and ensures all our employees understand where we are in the process at any given time.
They have deep industry knowledge. They help us better manage our operations. Our financials are more accurate and we have shortened our time to close the books
They are still rolling out features that we would like to have today.
The software does everything. It is super easy to use and continues to grow with us. I couldn’t recommend it more.
It’s like the Apple of brewery management systems. Super easy to use. You can tell it was designed by brewers.
It can be rigid. It makes you dry hop before you go to brite so your inventory has to be correct.
We operate an independent brewery and implemented Crafted a year ago. We have had nothing but problems with this product from implementation forward. The worst part is that their team provides poor service to the software and is very rude. When we try to work through a problem the only response that we get is that we are at fault.

Support is terrible. The company is not customer focused and is basically abusive.
