The Good…

I am an entrepreneur for a long time. Way before the Internet. In the past years, I have to get my business on the Internet too, to keep up with the times. I find a lot of things difficult in handling the technology. Also, a lot of helpful tools seem to cost a lot. However, I still have to get them since it makes my business more efficient. I thought it’s always that way. However, EngageBay showed me a one-of-a-kind solution. Something I find understandable, really affordable, and can handle all my businesses in one platform. It allows me to see the data I need. How many people are inquiring, where they are from, how many are buying and what have they bought. Data that allows me to see how well my businesses are doing ad how can I improve them. The system allowed me to automate much of the engagements and track all transactions, whether it be part of automation or manually done, like phone calls, emails, chat conversations, and the like. Enabling me to focus on making sound business decisions.

The Bad…

I am old and not very tech-savvy. However, I am interested in any information that furthers my business. With that being said. I really like to know more about EngageBay and all its features. I feel like I am only seeing the tip of the iceberg and I notice there are still a lot of features I am not utilizing. However, I can’t find decent documentation about much of it. I think more articles and video tutorials will be great for us all.

The Good…

I am a student and a Vlog content developer. In fact, I have my own youtube channel with a significant amount of followers. It really makes me happy when my followers express satisfaction with each content I share. I also love seeing my following grow each day. I work hard in creating high-quality content and reach out to like-minded people to see and follow my channel. However, consistency in reaching out is a big challenge. Considering, that I have to divide my time for developing content. Engagement like social media postings, and emailing my followers when I have special posts or when I simply want to greet them for a special occasion, like Merry Christmas or Happy Halloween. I also have to allocate a big chunk of my time for my studies. I know I have to automate engagement but I don’t have a big budget.

That is why I am thankful for finding EngageBay. A really affordable system that allowed me to schedule and automate my postings for Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, and even LinkedIn. I can also make broadcasts to all or specific groups of contacts relating to a new content release that may interest them. I also scheduled special greetings with my channel’s branding for holidays like Easter, Halloween, Christmas, New Year, and the like.

The Bad…

I do not know what I don’t like about the system yet. It provides me what I need. I think I am using a very small fraction of what the system is capable of. So far the parts I use are great so I cannot evaluate the other functions yet.

I am a digital marketing manager handling various clients with unique business nature. Each of those clients got their own clients and I handle them simultaneously without mixing up data and keeping track of each deal and process. Though each one provides their own preferred system where I can do my work when I am dealing with their specific task. I need my own system that can handle them all but something that is affordable - I am a person, not a corporation so budget matters. So I need something that has enough functionality to handle the complex nature of my work and still be affordable. It was an impossible dream until I found EngageBay.

The Good…

EngageBay allowed me to put all of my clients into one single platform without mixing up their data. I keep track of each call, email exchanges, chat sessions. I even make use of the ticketing system to be able to successfully process tasks and issues for individual clients. In some of my tasks, like scheduled posting, I am able to automate them. I am able to automate email marketing done for each client without getting lost in the track. There is a balance of power and affordability.

The Bad…

I have noticed the system has changed significantly in just a year and has twice or more features when I first got it. I hope they send an email update containing the new feature release and some basic documentation on what they are about. As a Digital Marketing Manager, I am always eyeing any tech that can advance my arsenal. I think I already have a powerful weapon. I simply need to know more about it.

It is a complete system and it is very affordable It covers my entire digital marketing. Email marketing, landing page creation, SMS broadcasts, Social media marketing, and I can automate it. I can also handle my Sales by keeping track of deals, records of engagements, product presentation, proposal creation, and closing the deal. I can also support my customers via phone support, chat support, email support and keep track of support via its ticketing system. It is a technology that creates an environment where a business can exist.

The Bad…

The system is great and easy to use. The support is great and really nice to deal with. However, I need documentation that I can read about existing features and updates when new features are released. I can’t find those data anywhere.

I am able to get my business virtual in the shortest possible time at an unbelievably affordable price. I am able to find my way through the system. The first try is a bit difficult. However, as soon as I found my way through a certain function, I was able to get through finding everything else with relative ease. This system allowed me to keep records of my contacts and the engagements we have. Keep call records, keep track of my deals, automate my marketing and sales, and many more.

The Good…

I have been amazed at the technology and all of its sophistication. However, my business is still great by doing it in an old fashion. Basic phone calls and face-to-face meetings to cut a deal. Then pandemic happened. We need to go virtual, but do not have enough systems in place to completely do everything virtually. Getting something that can handle us cost really high. I almost jump in to get the expensive system. A great thing, I found EngageBay. It has everything I need and more. I can keep track of my deals, make phone calls and check it on record when I need to verify something. Automate marketing and sales. It practically saved my business during the pandemic. It is a complete system that is light on the budget.

The Bad…

I took this system because of its affordability and completeness. So far it got me covered so I am not yet sure if there is something I discipline. I just hope it will be consistent and updates will come without causing bugs or loss of data.

I thought everything was settled with my previous software company paying $25.00 with less support and just plainly for email blasting. Issues came and they are having a hard time helping me out. An acquaintance introduced me to Engagebay—Marketing. I can’t imagine how it greatly helps and improves our business. For an extra $7.00 more, I am having the best software so far! Easy Marketing templates and Segmentation is by so far perfect and It can easily send emails to each type of Market I choose. Kudos to their outstanding Support with the help of my Own Account Manager!

The Good…

Small software packed with Unparalleled Performance! I am doubtful at first when I saw the product. It has so many features, but it is inexpensive. I was just introduced to it. I am really amazed when it works. It is something I can use and even more.

The Bad…

I hate it when it’s making me now a Couch Potato! Everything is seamless! With easy click buttons and a user-friendly interface. I am not sure if that’s a bad thing though. Maybe more tutorials on the existing features. There is still a lot that I need to explore. It pretty much covers everything I need for now. However, learning more about the system entails greater horizons.

EngageBay is a dream come true. It is definitely a valuable find. It is a system where I can schedule my daily posts on my social media accounts. Twitter, Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn. This also has a sophisticated email marketing system. It also has a chat system that allows me to provide support to my customers. It has many more features that I haven’t use yet. The most amazing part is the fact that it’s so sophisticated yet very affordable.

The Good…

I have always been impressed by systems that can fully support the needs of modern businesses. Apps like Hubspot, SalesForce, Dynamics 365, and the like. However, they are always expensive and out of reach of small players like me. More than a year ago I came across a thread where they are talking about EngageBay. I checked it out and everything changed for me from that point onwards. I finally found a system with as much function and power as the big CRM with a price tag I can easily afford. I tried it and it worked for me. I bought it and it made my business grow. It is not perfect, but the growth is exponential.

I know EngageBay already gave me so much value. However, It will be nice to have a bot/automation for the chat system too.

An affordable yet very Powerful Business power tool

The Good…

I really like doing my business with ease and some level of a professional touch. I am aware that such functions can be handled by Hubspot, Salesforce, Dynamics 365, and the like. I also know that they bear a heavy price tag. A chance encounter with EngageBay changed all that. I had been in constant search of an integrated system that can handle my business need. Something that I can use to manage leads, create and automate marketing, integrate processes, communicate with prospects and clients via email, chat, text messages, and phone calls, and keep records. I am able to realize all that and even more with a price that I can afford. A truly amazing tool with utmost affordability.
