While PaperSave and WorkPlace are technically still supported as standalone solutions, users are advised to switch to PairSoft Procurement to gain full functionality.
During our review, we found companies that need spend management software can benefit from PairSoft Procurement’s approval workflows, procurement, and purchase tracking functionality. Industries supported by this program include nonprofits, universities, and healthcare.
The lowest price option includes up to 10,000 transactions, so companies that have a similar range of transactions would benefit from this software. While the base price of nearly $15,000 a year seems higher than some competitors, this software can be a more cost-effective option since it offers unlimited users.
PairSoft Procurement integrates with the top ERP systems including Dynamics, Sage, NetSuite, and Blackbaud. With these true integrations, there is no API or download needed to transfer data between systems. Though this platform integrates with many popular ERPs, it doesn’t have an integration with QuickBooks.
