They have deep industry knowledge. They help us better manage our operations. Our financials are more accurate and we have shortened our time to close the books

It's like the Apple of brewery management systems
The software does everything. It is super easy to use and continues to grow with us. I couldn’t recommend it more.

It's like the Apple of brewery management systems. Super easy to use. You can tell it was designed by brewers.
Cons
It can be rigid. It makes you dry hop before you go to brite so your inventory has to be correct.

We have had nothing but problems with this product
We operate an independent brewery and implemented Crafted a year ago. We have had nothing but problems with this product from implementation forward. The worst part is that their team provides poor service to the software and is very rude. When we try to work through a problem the only response that we get is that we are at fault.

Cons
Support is terrible. The company is not customer focused and is basically abusive.
