- Diversified Consumer Services
Very frustrating
Very frustrating. Any user entered field (i.e. celebrity) is unsearchable. Also the donation is “i centric” in that android devices cannot be used for direct giving.
Pros
Well respected donation software that promised a lot. Looked good on paper.
Cons
Basic package cannot perform basic CRM requirements i.e. search for contacts identified as volunteers. The data goes into a separate (unsearchable) silo that has to be exported as Excel file then searched. Results are in Excel. Customer support was frustrating. Tried to use it for over a year and finally gave up. I have 2,400 unsearchable contacts of 4,000 entries. Very disappointing. To run a report additional software has to be purchased.

10 years with DonorPerfect. Still a strong yes. DonorPerfect is fast, cloud-based and accessible anywhere, powerful and flexible, customizable, and easy enough for new staff to use comfortably and with confidence while the admins can create calculated fields and custom report solutions.

Our experience with DonorPerfect has been excellent for 10+ years. It allows us to track all of our donors’ giving history as well as update their contact information very easily…The reports allow us to analyze where we are and where we need to be financially as an organization.
