I love that anything I want, I can get
We demo’d competitors of Entrata and we felt it was more of the same of what we had. We wanted to embrace technology and be different and we felt that was what we had with Entrata when we demo’d it.
I love that anything I want, I can get. If it’s not ready today, it will be eventually because the team we work with wants to be the best people to us. It’s really a partnership.

We own and manage 55 apartment communities. About 11,000 apartments in Pennsylvania, New Jersey, and Delaware. We want to provide a nice place for people to live.
We are constantly growing and we need property management software that can not just grow with us but also keep up with us. Our old software was uncommunicative and slow to react. It was frustrating to get them to change. Entrata asks us what they can do to help us take on new properties or manage our existing properties.
We want our property managers to spend more time focusing on their property rather than fighting software. Entrada is responsive and helps our team manage their properties efficiently. It helps us manage our company and we feel they are changing the industry.
