Propertyware offers three plans for companies: The Basic, Plus, and Premium. Each plan has an implementation fee that costs roughly 2x the monthly subscription price.

• Basic: $1.00 per unit per month ($250 monthly minimum)
• Plus: $1.50 per unit per month ($350 monthly minimum)
• Premium: $2.00 per unit per month ($450 monthly minimum)
