Freshteam is an HR software that manages your hiring, onboarding, time-off, employee data, and HR workflows. This helps businesses find, interview, and hire great employees, connect and engage new hires, organize data, and track and approve time requests all from one platform.
Applicant tracking helps create and post jobs, screen applicants, coordinate interviews, and collaborate over hiring decisions. Once hired, you can send out documents that need to be signed and distribute employee handbooks. Employee data can easily be input into the system and created into organizational charts.
The cost of Freshteam starts at $59/month platform fee plus $1/employee/month, billed annually. The pricing is determined on the number of employees and level of functionality required. There is a free trial available. There is a free version available for organizations up to 50 employees.

We use Freshteam to track our leaves and holidays. Every six months, we do a company-wide review and we check leave balances, absenteeism trends, how many promotions we’ve had in the organization, etc. All of this data is available to us on Freshteam, so we can extract all the information we need just from one platform, which is a lifesaver for us.
