MyCase Review
We were hoping the software was going to be a good fit because we really liked the case managenent features (timesheets, projects, etc). However once we began a drill down review of their billing module, we found they could not meet our needs. Our client’s invoices are broken into percentages, paid across several insurance companies. MyCase required us to re-enter the percentages before every billing cycle. This workflow would have ben tedious and inefficient.
