All of the agents find the software very user friendly. They also like the eSignature feature but as a brokerage, we find other areas of the software are lacking. The CRM feature is very basic and it does not allow commission disbursements, nor the ability for the agents to track their commissions or transactions. It also is limited in its ability to house documents for compliance purposes.

Some small inconveniences such as only being able to pull up PDF forms forms from transaction documents. Other forms can be saved and can be viewed if downloaded and opened, but only PDF’s are visible directly from the site.

We are just switching to RBO from BackAgent. It is very easy to use and straight to the point. The Quickbooks integration and e-signature are a big plus.
