torque360 is an amazing program to work with and it’s super easy to use for everyone in our shop. The invoice system is super easy to use and easy to understand for our customers, having the notes options under each job makes it easy for us to keep track of what’s been done and getting a proper history for the units.

its versatility and how user friendly the program is to use for everyone involved customer and staff. Our customer representative has been an absolute joy to work with. He's always just a phone call away and immediately helps us with any issues we may have and has taken amazing care of us from the start. torque360 has been a wonderful program for our company and I don't see us ever switching to another program.

No support can’t pull labor guides. A joke of a software system. A representative didn’t even know the program he was trying demo to me. Don’t waste your money!

The software is not very powerful and is lacking alot of necessary things a auto shop needs. Pay attention during the demo so you can what its missing. They where so hard to cancel too. Customer service is not good.
