We have seen a huge increase in our servers’ ability to get through customers much faster. Our customer service has increased, and we’re able to process a credit card tableside. We’re also able to take an order tableside instead of having to run off from the table, remember the customer’s order, and punch it into a POS our staff are fighting for!

With the self ordering, the customer just discovers the menu in a different way, which helps us increase the average check size and the bottom line.
