Aspire GovCon Accounting Review

August 4th, 2020 • Roles: Purchaser & End User

Aspire is very user friendly. As a first time user, I was able to catch on quickly with minimal training.

Pros

I like the overall look of the platform, the fact that the software is very user friendly, and that you don't have to click through a million screens to get to where you need to be.

Cons

The technical quirks that come with being a new system slow me down.

Aspire GovCon Accounting Review

February 3rd, 2020 • Roles: Purchaser & End User

Accounting software built for small to mid-sized services based businesses. Aspire is a complete accounting solutions providing GL, AP, AR, Billing, Revenue, Reporting, Electronic Timesheets, Forecasting, and more. If you need to track hours, costs, and revenue by client and by contract then Aspire does a great job! The product is built to support DCAA compliance and government contractors. I have passed SF-1408 audits using this software.

Pros

Easy to use. Affordable price. Affordable and fast implementation. A better option than Quickbooks for my services based business where I need to bill hours and track project related costs and hours within a contract.

Cons

If you have requirements to deal with Service Contract Act, Wage Determination, Unions, or Materials Management this may not be the best fit at this time.
