BST11 ERP Review
Hated it
Pros
Sounds like a comprehensive system
Cons
Interface feels 20+ years old, and not intuitive at all. Very hard to navigate different elements and too many gateways
The steps for doing this--if it is even possible at all--are SO not intuitive
Integrated program for time and expense management, project setup and tracking, billing, etc.
Pros
Company implemented the program several months ago. Big learning curve for entire company. The accounting departments seems to love it. Everyone else is just trying to adapt.
Cons
Make it simple for staff to run reports. For example, old timesheet reports or reports that show # of hours an employee worked on a specific project. The steps for doing this--if it is even possible at all--are SO not intuitive. Staff have given up trying to print or PDF their timesheet reports, should they want a separate file somewhere beyond what is in BST10, and are screenshotting their timesheets now.
