Made it a super easy setup for our 9 RV storage lots, they called each tenant to make sure they were setup with a new account which saved me a bunch of time. Our on-site manager says she likes it and customers have less questions about using their accounts than before, so no complaints so far!
A well designed solution that's great for remote and in-house operations
It’s a well designed solution that’s great for remote and in-house operations, they have all the essential info our facility needs. I really liked that they paired me up with a personal customer service agent I can reach out to whenever I have a question, we haven’t experienced that before with other softwares, so overall really good value for the price
