More accountability
It’s a tighter system, so there’s more accountability for it. Our previous system, you know, it was kind of wide open, anyone could do any type of thing, there was no real accountability for it. But like now on a customer work order, you know, my team is working on it and they pull a part off the shelf, they have to assign that part to that work order. There’s no more I just pull it off and put it here, it’s we need to know where those parts are, where those parts are being consumed at.
Helps manage everything
It keeps up with all of our rental assets, billing tracking, honestly even historicals. Being able to help track those down and pull those reports, it has been super helpful. The SAP side, for the ERP and things of that nature has been good as far as keeping up with financials and just helping us manage everything across the board.
Easy to deal with
It’s just easy to deal with. They’re making it as easy as possible. Being implemented for just over 2 years I believe, so I almost feel like I’m part of the Fame Team myself.
Incredibly dynamic
Fame has generated $170,000 a year in time savings, at a minimum – automated invoicing, scheduling, equipment pick up, and reporting. We see work being done in the field on a per technician level. Fame is incredibly dynamic.
Phenomenal support team
I’ll say this, the customer support team at Fame is phenomenal. They’ve done a great job of always getting back to me in a timely manner and getting tickets investigated and then closed quickly.
All-in-one software
I would say probably our biggest reason why we chose Fame was because it is an all-in-one software for what we were using it for. You know with our previous rental software, we couldn’t do everything we wanted, so we were actually operating off of 3 or 4 different systems. One for inventory management, one for repairs, and then our main one for rentals, and obviously QuickBooks so this is more of an all-in-one for us.
