Good rent roll report
Great reports. I especially like the rental update report (which shows changes in charges from the prior month) and the rent roll report.

Does everything I need for property management
I am able to prepare professional reports, pay invoices, store copies of invoice and manage a large number of leases. I have always experienced good support when needed. My account manager is always there should I need assistance. I would consider myself a high-end user and always looking for new ways to benefit from the MRI software packages.
It's the simplicity and the ability to adapt it
I think from a CRE module piece, really it’s the simplicity and the ability to adapt it. Being able to build categories of locations, being able to add in our own types of facilities in branches was a major feature. It lets us know more about what is out there at our locations.
From my perspective, I’m looking at how future proofing our business is. The lease management lets me manage early negotiation with those branches and securing future revenue for the business.

MRI is the core of our business operations. We use it for everything from accounting to tax to lease to maintenance across both commercial and multi-family use.
We’ve had the opportunity to integrate contextual document search of disparate data cycles all over our companies. This is 35,000 documents and links to integral pieces of information in our company, all provided in our corporate internet all linked with MRI.
