Not user friendly
Hard system to learn. Customer service is awful and you can’t talk to management! They tell me they aren’t payroll specialist they are just there to help! Wouldn’t recommend to anyone!!!

You have to rely on one of their employees to set the software up for you and they don’t listen and didn’t even set up according to standard.

This product is great if you are looking to pull your company out of the Stone Age. This has allowed us to simplify our new-hire onboarding dramatically. Additionally, it allows us to significantly cut down on the paperwork surrounding our employees, as all forms can be electronically signed and saved in the system.
