Great FP&A Software Platform for Mid-Market organizations. Used for Planning (Budgets & Forecasts), Financial Consolidations, Reporting, and Analysis / Modeling.
Pros
Best-in-class Excel add-in. Coupled with true multi-dimensional support under the covers. Lets you slice and dice your data in many ways. Ability to drill to transactional data is great as well.
Cons
Does cost a little more than less powerful alternatives in the marketplace but, in exchange, it provides more functionality, flexibility and scalability. Companies do not outgrow Planful unlike cheaper options.
