Target Market

Key Features

Procurement

  • Approval Routing: Design your own approval structure based on dollar thresholds, departments, locations, and more.
  • Purchase Orders: Automatic PO generation, manage recurring spend and access an audit trail for transactions.
  • Web and Mobile: Enable an easy way to track items, keeping all your documents safe and easy to access across devices.
  • Three-Way Matching: Match invoices, packing slips, and purchase orders in one step.
  • Contract Management: Access a contract repository with notifications and a full audit log.
  • User Role Controls: Control access rights across different teams, departments, and locations.

Accounts Payable

In late October 2024, Procurify overhauled its accounts payable module, adding new processes and functionalities. These include:

  • AI Automated Invoicing: The AI enhances the OCR technology to convert received invoices into draft bills automatically. The AP team can review and pay later.
  • Automated 3-Way Matching: It builds on the existing process to make it more efficient. It also validates purchases by matching them across purchase orders, invoices, and receipts.
  • Deposit Billing: Capture deposit amounts during PO creation to ensure the deposit amount matches the PO. It also saves time, eliminating the manual checking process.
  • Updated Role Permissions: Add view-only access for certain roles so they can view bills without editing. Give others the ability to edit only approved bills, giving companies more granular control.

Great experience right from the start

August 7th, 2014 • Roles: Purchaser & End User

Great experience right from the start. Customer service guided through the setup, which was much easier than we thought. For the price point, this purchasing software has everything we need.

Pros

What stood out the most was the user experience of the app. It is much more user friendly than the other options we've looked at.

Cons

The mobile applications are still in development and only offer a glimpse of the full capability of the web app. Would like to see more mobile use.
