The cost of the software continues to go up
The cost of the software continues to go up, currently facing another 10% increase, yet the features are not improving. The program’s routing feature is not intuitive; we find ourselves spending hours moving around routes that were incorrectly assigned. They also have no automated text or email feature to send customers invoices and updates. I have to manually email each individual customer. Lastly, they only integrate with Quickbooks Desktop. As we are moving the company online, they have been a big hindrance.
Service Autopilot Review
This software SAVED us. Everything is so well organized and automated with Service Autopilot, I don’t think we could handle this much growth without it
