It has really cleaned up our operations side, we have organized tracking, visibility, integrations, and more, it became a one stop shop for the operations side and that has helped us create a better customer experience

Tai TMS has dramatically improved our operations, we have been on the platform for seven months, we are an agent based company and we have been able to reclute 15 new agents, onboard them and significally grow our business in that period of time. It has been a game changer. Our old TMS was not cloud base, and having that has been a huge change. Just the fact that Tai is built on a modern platform that has modern plug ins, integrations with vendors that make the integration process a lot easier and cleaner.
