Meh…unfortunately I recommended several other brokers. Wish I had not.

Pros

Someone typically answers the phone for support during the week.

Cons

Everything. They are trying to do too many things...but noting very well. The transaction data entry and tracking is onerous. The system is overall very clunky.

The training was horrible

We tried TotalBrokerage for our office but it was not a good fit. The training was horrible. It was very complicated and then even after sticking it out after the training, the program itself was not a good software. We have 3 brokers and they wanted $6,000 a year. At that price, I would expect the program to at least be half way decent. We quickly moved on from the software.
