Would highly recommend this solution

We found Versa Cloud ERP when we started a new company. We decided not to spend tons of money on other solutions with endless connectors but simplified things by choosing VERSA and connecting it to our shopify store. I would highly recommend this solution and the team that works there is super helpful with any questions or concerns that arise. If I could choose 10/10 I would for the review!

Versa allows us to focus more on the tasks at hand

As a newly founded company, we were looking for an ERP system that was simple and inexpensive. Versa Cloud ERP was our solution! Versa allows us to focus more on the tasks at hand, rather than spending countless hours trying to navigate the backend. We would HIGHLY suggest this solution not only because of its simplicity and easy navigation but also because of the continuous support from their team any time a question or issue arises.

We wish we would have found them sooner

Previously we used NetSuite which by most accounts is highly complex and overpriced (and continues to raise prices), not to mention a lengthy and laborious on-boarding process. We looked at various ERP solutions that would be reasonably affordable, easy to onboard, easy to use and robust enough to accommodate our needs, specifically our wide selection of products, multiple warehouse facilities & currencies. Versa’s offering consistently “checked” our boxes of needs + wants, however most importantly, they’re super quick to respond and troubleshoot issues that pop-up from time to time. Although Versa is our ERP, we view them equally as a trusted partner who contributes to our day-to-day business success & efficiency. Just one regret - we wish we would have found them sooner.

Delivers on Inventory and Integration Needs

June 24th, 2016 • Roles: Purchaser & End User

We switched over from QuickBooks Enterprise mainly because we needed better inventory capabilities and we preferred a cloud based program. We needed software that could import orders from multiple sales channels including brick and mortar stores, websites, phone orders, and Amazon. We were also looking to integrate with other applications like Salesforce and ShipStation to handle our CRM and logistics. We needed the software to track and deplete lotted FIFO based inventory used to build manufactured products. We needed the inventory to sync across all selling platforms. The Versaccounts team has been able to deliver on all of the above and they are constantly developing and making their program even better.

Pros

The advanced inventory features for manufacturing products made up of lotted and trackable inventory.

Cons

Page load times can be slow at times.
