Simply a great grading program.
Easy to use, comprehensive options, very informative for students and parents.
I wish the credit/no credit option would give point credit and not affect the GPA, but no credit would penalize students who have not turned in assignment.

This grade book is ver user friendly. I am not very computer savvy but I’ve been able to use this program with ease. I like it a lot.
That I can copy assignments from one class to the next without having to re-type all the information again.
When adding information in chronological order I have not found out how to move information from one place to another without having to re-type the information to move it chronologically.
This online grade book is the best I have found to use while homeschooling my 4 children. Very easy to use and the set up was quick.
The initial setup was very straightforward and that was the biggest plus for me.
I currently have not encountered anything that I have had trouble with.

I love this software, for a free software it has so many features that are so useful. I use it as my grade book and to track attendance, as well as a behavior log. It is nice to be able to just go an pull a report when I need it. This definitely is making my life easier!
This software saves me time. I was using a spreadsheet for attendance before, with this software I am quickly able to enter attendance, search attendance and filter by student which is helpful.
I haven’t found a problem yet, but at I use it more I’m sure I will find something.
I use iGradePlus to record students’ grades. I love the ability to weigh assignments without having to adjust points. For example, a math test grade is weighted higher than a math homework assignment. It has the ability to separate grades by category (i.e. tests, homework, classwork, quizzes, etc.) so we can see exactly which area(s) need improvement. You can enable a portal that parents and students can access to see where they stand. iGradePlus offers other wonderful communication and tracking tools as well.
I love that students and parents have access to their grades and assignments. This program takes away the “I didn’t know.” excuse.
The one thing I like the least is not being able to see a “student view” or “parent view.”

Some of the screens are spread too wide, making it difficult to choose options like PRINT and REMOVE, but recent changes are reducing this problem.
This is an easy to use grade, attendance program for teachers. It has many additional features like keeping a running total of grades for students. I chose it over the college’s program.
If you have a question, someone gets back to you within hours and they give you info that fixes whatever the issue was. Also, once you get the hang of the program it is very easy to use.
Be nice to have teachers create one username for all students in class and submit passwords for them. Took me days to get everyone on board.
iGradePlus is a great one-stop shop for those of us teaching at multiple schools and in multiple levels. Pull-out “classes” can be a headache paperwork wise, but iGradePlus makes it easy!

At the moment, there isn’t anything I don’t like about it.
iGrade is already a great platform for teacher/student/parent communication, and they keep making improvements. I upload all my assignments, videos, worksheets, and grades. The parents and students can access them at any time to catch up for days missed before they come back to school. No more lost worksheet excuses thanks to iGrade. Parents can download and reprint. Students can also work together on projects in iGrade where I can see their progress and who is really participating. This platform was invaluable during the change to elearning with COVID, making communication easy and clear.

Working at a small school, I sometimes have students for multiple years. Each year the student information has to be re-entered, rather than allowing the student to be assigned to a class in a different year.
For my Language Institute I Grades Plus is ideal. I have tried many grade recording software only to be dissapointed with them. I Grades Plus fulfills what I need with regards to grade recording on a user friendly site. It’s highly customizable and easy to understand / use. One feature I really like is that assignments can be given to the students and it is so easy to see when they return their exercises. I am really happy not only with the platform but also with the excellent customer service.

For the modest cost I have received tremendous value. iGrade does everything I need in a way that is easy for me to use. Customer support is solid. The comprehensive product has allowed me to focus on teaching rather that gradebook tech.
I like best that it is simple. It doesn’t try too hard to do too much and end up making things harder. I just need a straight-forward product to do what I need it to do.
Occasionally I had a hard time finding some of the features, but now that I know where to look, I am fine.

I like the ease of entering information. There were some things I had to figure out in the beginning, but there has been quite a few changes since then. The program is pretty user-friendly.
The one thing that I don’t like, and perhaps there is a way around it that I haven’t figured out, is that when I want to print out assignment grades for a particular class that my student is taking, it prints out the grades for all the classes that that student is currently taking as opposed to just the one I wanted.
It keeps everything I need for my class in one spot including grades, correspondence with students/parents and documents.

iGrade is an excellent grading software solution for managing a single classroom or an entire school. Features include detailed class setup, gradebook management, attendance tracking, custom report creation, and parent/student portal access.
It is simple to use and contains a lot (but not too many) features. It really stays out of your way. The custom report creation is powerful and simple to use.
If you use a point grading system, weighting individual assignments is simple enough (just adjust how many points each assignment is worth), but if you use percentage grades for each assignment, you can’t choose to have an assignment worth “2x” or “1.5x” Attendance tracking would use a few more options. The only way to track one attendance mark for each student each day is to use an administrator maintained “master list.”

I would love for it to have a better layout for lesson plans and assignments for students to follow- something that, when assignments are completed, students can submit their work and check them as done.

iGradePlus is a student management system for inputting attendance, grades and behavior. The developers listen well to feedback by its users to make changes and improvements. I love this program.
The software is in constant development and improvement make it very nice to work with. Developer listens to users. Inputting grades and dates and even notes on assignments is very easy. Parents are able to upload directly to each assignment which makes for easy grading.
I wish that I could input one grade across multiple students inside one assignment. I.e. a 100 completion grade one time instead of putting it in for each student.

Importing names and student ID numbers is tiresome because they cannot be uploaded directly from an excel sheet.
I am the Assistant Director of a homeschool day tutorial for kids with learning differences. We have a small budget but large needs and iGradePlus has been such an asset to our program for the past 3 years.

I have been using this program for the last 4 years. It has been a joy to work with. It is easy to navigate and use. Any time there has been a technical issue it has been resolved within days if not hours. The amount of attention to teacher feed back is amazing, even when I thought I had erased all 4 years of my grade books, Mr. Marvin was reassuring and helpful. It turned out to be a glitch on my account but nothing was lost and the next time I logged in it was all there!
Considering other electronic and the dread paper versions of grade books I have used in the past, there are no real complaints I can give iGradePlus.

It gives students an easy portal to find their assignments, grades, and contact the teacher for support. Teachers have a convenient way to post assignments, grades, and attendance. It even averages the grades for you! And it does so much more!
It’s been such a helpful tool for me, and I appreciate how responsive the developers have been when I’ve had a question.

The few times I had a question about how to use a feature, the developers were quick to respond. In some cases, they even implemented the suggested feature I needed. It may not be perfect, but it’s great!

I wish you could see the overall grade when you input say, for example, a homework or test grade, so I can do a quick check to make sure I entered it correctly as sometimes I’ll put in a 10 or a 1000 when I meant to put in a 100 and I don’t always catch it right away.

Anytime you email or correspond to staff or students, the information is archived for reference and record. Information can be filed for school improvement or accreditation reports.
Implementation of grades and transcript format for final records. Although the grade implementation system is easy and friendly. I would like to be able to stay on the grade implementation page and continue to put grades in for another subject without going back to the beginning to activate the next subject for another grade input. It would speed up the process of putting in grades a little faster.

We recently switched to iGradePlus after our old software was phased out last year. It took a little getting used to at first (as all things do), but I found it to be easy to navigate, both as a teacher using it for my classes, and as a parent. It is nice to be able to send a lesson log via e-mail but still have a copy saved on the dashboard so parents can refer to it later. I would love to see a few more features such as testing/quiz options, but overall it is a great product and a great value.

I have been using IGradePlus for 2 years now and I would not change to another software program. This software is so easy to use from the moment you log in. It has tons of features that I use every day in my day to day tasks. Taking attendance, creating assignments, creating classes, posting memos, sending emails, scheduling events, creating lesson logs, managing web portal accounts and posting to your class blog. This has it all and everything is conveniently located. After you insert your grades you can also create reports and more. If you are looking for something simple, yet powerful, then this is exactly the software you’ve been looking for.

The product is a gradebook program with additional helpful features to allow management of multiple classes and gradebooks.
I like the ease of use, the ability to add assignments across multiple classes, the ability to give both parents and students access so that parents can monitor their student’s progress and students can be responsible for knowing and improving (if necessary) their own grade.
I wish I could more easily keep students’ login information the same from year to year. I would like a way to know the student’s username and password for times when I get the request “I have forgotten my password. Can you give it to me?”
As a director and educator, iGradePlus has been invaluable. We have a staff of 13 in our program with 48 students and iGradePlus has helped us to stay relevant and able to communicate. The help desk is always very quick to respond to any questions. In addition, the program is very user-friendly for all parties. I love that it has a different interface for each type of account (administrator, teacher, student, parent). In addition to the gradebook and attendance, I love being able to post my lesson plans and the behavior logs help us track student behavior that is visible to the parents. It is truly an asset to our program.

I find the software very user friendly with a multitude of options for assignment descriptions, grading options, weighting grades. It allows parents with more than one student to have only one account. The ability to upload worksheets for students it a big plus and to be able to share powerpoints and links to videos is also very useful.
The report options is great at the end of semesters to send grade reports to parents. I have to admit I did have to reach out to tech support because I kept overlooking a simple instruction.
And their tech support is awesome!
Right this minute I can’t think of anything. Several of the issues I have had in the past have been fixed with the upgrades along the way.

I have used iGradePlus for two years now, and it has exceeded my expectations. Every time I have had a suggestion based on something that comes up at school or a problem, they have come up with a solution. I love that I can customize almost anything and get reports for all the data that I need to do my job. An has a low learning curve, which makes it easy to teacher others how to use it.

There are a few minor problem with transferring a student from one class to another. On the grounds that either class has to be setup with identical assignments.
I use iGradePlus as a secondary grade book for the classes I teach. Our regular school grade book has had glitches in the past and I’m not confident to its reliability. The iGradePlus grade book does not have the same issues or concerns. I like that there are several features available with iGradePlus that are either not available or too clunky to use with our school grade book. Such features like the built in, simple to use email system, calendar, and parent/student portal have been extremely useful and helped me to work more efficiently.
I really like the email application within the iGradePlus grade book. I like how I can easy send emails to parents of the students in my classes. Often times, my students have different last names than their parents and it makes associating a particular parent with a student an arduous and difficult task. With the iGradePlus email system within the grade book, it’s as simple as finding the student and checking the box. I love how the parent is shown and associated with the student.
I like how when I send an email that the email is sent to one recipient (despite having an entire list). PLEASE KEEP THIS BCC FEATURE! It is more valued than you know.
I do wish that you continue work and quickly develop the emailed parent log. It would be nice to be able to quickly run a report for school administrators that show when you emailed a particular parent or group of parents through your program. A report that shows this would be extremely beneficial to me.
I have not used the blog and other features, but I’m going to try to educate myself with how they are used during the Summer.

I think the part I least like is that when I am adding assignments, it doesn’t always populate with the class I was in. It goes to the class I was inputting grades into last or if I wasn’t in one, it doesn’t populate the class at all.

iGradePlus has been invaluable as we have moved into distance learning. Teachers have a platform to post assignments and grades both students and parents have available to them at all times.
We have used iGradePlus primarily as an online grade book. Now, as the school has gone to distance learning, we have begun to use it more as a communication source. It allows students to check assignments, access teacher help documents, and check grades conveniently. Parents also appreciate their ability to review their student’s progress.
iGrade has made positive progress over the past few years in becoming more user friendly. There is a learning curve to uploading documents and attaching work. Students lose or forget their access codes. It would be helpful to streamline the resetting process.

I can think of a few minor things, but they are mostly my preferences. For one, I would like to be able to give a student an “incomplete” for a semester when there are extenuating circumstances.

It provides the capabilities to keep parents updated on all grades and also has the ability to keep consistent communication with parents. This program is especially simple to access (teachers). It is simple to add assignments, grades, keep attendance, and so much more. What makes this program (in my personal opinion as an educator) so very incredible, is that it also prints report cards, progress reports, and any other report the school would like to create. What I LOVE best about iGrade Plus is the program allows the abilities to create and print report cards. It is a very simple program, easy to understand, and very easy to master.
I have yet to have any concern about this program. I have constant communication with the program’s CEO and he is always very helpful. My school principal and I highly recommend this program to all schools.
I administrate for a private school and also teach, so I use the system within both of those functions. I have found it to be very intuitive and easy to learn. Support is excellent and our staff has been pleased with the program’s functionality.
The ability to email class rosters as an administrator was a very helpful addition for us. The reports are good but I need to work with them more to evaluate. I like the running tallies for grades. Parents can look at igrade anytime to see what is missing and how their student is doing academically. I also like the ability to record behavioral incidents in one place.

As a college instructor, I have found the program very easy to use with a variety of nice features. I can print grade checks or allow students to access and monitor their grades throughout the semester. I also use it for attendance as it’s fast, and I can jump right into the classroom activities. The company continues to refine and expand the program and I’ve found them to be very responsive when I’ve had questions or even suggestions.
I had already used iGrade for several years before I decided to let students access their grades themselves. This has made my life so much easier! Students can check whenever they like which saves me time, paper, ink, and stress. I have found students respond much better to an error on my part,too. They can indicate the missing assignment or incorrect score, and I can immediately correct it, so there is no reason to get “crazy” about it(Teachers are human,too!).
