Creating estimates with AutoLeap is going to save me so much time compared to the other software I have been using for the past 2 years. I am a small business owner with just 2 people in the shop, so time savings is critical. It is easy to use. The Quickbooks integrations is also going to save me time after hours. No more manually typing RO’s on a 2nd time after hours. Being able to send customer DVI’s is also another great way to help communicate with customer’s and show them what I am seeing with their vehicles. I did a lot of shopping around and decided to go with AutoLeap because of the number of features and the price was excellent. The value is phenomenal. AutoLeap has helped with our customer communication. We have fewer no-shows because the system sends appointment reminders to customers and we can easily get customer approvals on estimates. I also like the digital inspections that easily show our customers what may need to be serviced on the vehicle.
First and foremost, the team at AutoLeap has been AMAZING in every facet from the very first demo to our ongoing conversations about improvements. The integration team went above and beyond for us to customize our environment exactly how we wanted it for our specialty shop. Autoleap has been transformational for our business. It has helped us to elevate our client experience, improve overall shop management efficiency and automate many of our processes which were previously manual. And as a bonus it is all done in the cloud, which has reduced the hassle of having to manage and maintain on premise computer hardware.
We really like the ease with which we can create, share and manage estimates, both for real-time customer quotes and especially in the tracking of deferred work which we use to record manually. Autoleap can automatically send estimates and invoices digitally in a clean, client friendly format, and prompts our customers for feedback upon receipt. It even prompts our customers to review us on Google, which has resulted in a 10x increase in our online presence.
We also appreciate Autoleaps shop management dashboard which has allowed us to better understand opportunities to improve tech efficiency and general shop workflows. It gives us real time data that we are now using in our coaching conversations with our techs and service advisors. On the back end, Autoleap is integrated with our accounting software, which has significantly reduced the amount of double entry we were doing before.
The set up, training and ongoing support are second to none. I have yet to have an issue where their support team did not respond within two minutes. It’s been absolutely first class from day 1. I would strongly recommend Autoleap.
Great program for my automotive repair business
I like that it is cloud based so I can log in from any device at any time. It is extremely easy to navigate and when there is an issue someone gets back to me is 5 minutes or less. It is synced to the motor guide so labor times are already there. Suggestions that I have made for improvements have already been implemented in a few short months. There are so many other features that I have not even utilized that will make my experience with this software better as my business grows.
Best investment made for organising the business!
Prior to Autoleap, we used Calendars to schedule appointments, Quickbooks for not only accounting but manage our clientele, and email for correspondence. Our system was inefficient, and overworked us outside of our operating hours.
Autoleap is the best decision we’ve made for our office, staff and clients. I love the full transparency picture/video and audio feature, keep the clients informed and generate business, it’s a clear win win. Autoleap has integrated Quickbooks online, no more double entry (I do the book keeping as well) saved me hours every weekend from paperwork. There are too many pros to list but in short, it saves time, generates more business and organises your life, because let’s face it, our business is our life.

With all the great features there is 100% transparency with the customer and they’re kept in the loop with email/text reminders, digital inspections with picture and videos, and digital estimates ready for one click approvals, all in real-time. There is no more miscommunications. One thing money can’t buy is time but Autoleap can certainly save you a whole lot. I went from spending 30 mins down to 5 mins building a complex estimate because Autoleap has MOTOR labour guides, canned services, Carfax, online parts look up and ordering integration. Autoleap has taken organizing customer and the shop from a constant chore to a simple task.
