A document management and quality management software from Lennox Hill
isoTracker is a cloud-based online document control and quality management system that brings together all the tools required for Quality, Environmental, Health and Safety and Compliance management.
As an integrated web-based document control and quality management system it will improve your control of key processes and procedures and increase the efficiency of your operations.
The isoTracker quality management software and document control system software simplifies the management of important processes and ensures that they are kept up to date and relevant. With the use of advanced encryption technology and a regular back-up process, isoTracker also protects the integrity of your documents and information.
IsoTracker ISO 9001 Document Control software handles the process of document control in a logical and easy to use fashion. IsoTracker builds up version information as each new version of a document is imported into the document control module. It assigns approvers and permits your draft documents to be reviewed and electronically approved before publication.
The job of moving from existing legacy systems, such as paper documents or electronic files held on shared drives, is easy. They are imported into the document control module that sits on our servers where they are encrypted and stored and where access to them can be controlled and restricted.
Documents are opened and viewed by invoking the native applications they were created in such as MS Office applications, Adobe Acrobat PDF, images, drawings and others. In addition, documents held in isoTracker can be automatically converted to PDF format to provide greater security.
Documents held and accessed using the document control software module may be traditional text based documents, spreadsheets, drawings, flowcharts, project plans, multimedia files and more.
The Document Control security features ensure that document change and distribution can only take place when authorized, such as:
Access to the document control module and to the documents is protected by user specific login and access permissions. The documents are also encrypted and cannot be modified, deleted or copied by users who do not have the required access rights. Each isoTracker account is backed-up nightly to servers in a different geographic location.
Unlike other products we have looked at, isoTracker is not complicated by unnecessary layers of functionality and has proved easy to tailor to suit our own work practices. Technical support and troubleshooting have always been extremely prompt, helpful and easy to follow.
IsoTracker has provided us with an easy way to track documents that we need to control. We especially like the archived revision feature. The support from isoTracker Solutions has been excellent — we receive timely responses to our requests, and problems are dealt with in a straightforward manner. We look forward to growing with IsoTracker, and relying upon it for even more as features are added. We intend to renew our subscription for the foreseeable future, as we consider the software a good value.
Very useful piece of software. Great for e-commerce; approvals and upload process are as they should be. Personally, I don’t like that you can only delete one file at a time but i’m sure the developers can work something out for such an occasion.
The software can be accessed at anytime from anywhere (as long as there is a web connection.) No worrying about saving files to internal/external storage; everything you upload is there and is available to anyone with the appropriate login credentials.
The inability to purge a set of document. Documents can only be deleted or transfered one at a time.
Totally useless. You can’t transfer folders. You also can’t delete more than one item at a time. You use this to store hundreds of files, get charged for the size of the storage, but then can only delete something one by one? SO STUPID, WHAT A WASTE OF MONEY, SERIOUSLY!
NOTHING DO NOT PURCHASE
Everything. Uploaded documents 10 years ago you no longer use. Well screw you, you have to delete each file individually. Can’t delete folders with files in them. Can’t transfer folder structure. Very slow, constantly crashing.
