About OpenDocMan

OpenDocMan is an open-source document management software for PHP. Users can download the code and modify as they wish, and there is a community forum for users to share ideas and solutions. It also hosts a cloud service and locally installed service for those who want to run on OpenDocMan’s original software.

The software helps organizations create documents, modify them, and store them, with powerful search and sharing capabilities.

OpenDocMan has three versions of its software. Each version comes with different types of services and implementations.

  • The Community Version is free to download, and users can modify the code as they please.

  • The Hosted Plan is a cloud-based software-as-a-service, with OpenDocMan hosting the servers and allowing access to their software without any downloads.

  • The Support Plan is installed locally within the organizations’ own networks. It can be run on Windows, Mac, Linux, and Unix.
