Icube eB_Open is an e-Commerce system software that enables your business to be operated on-line, accessible anywhere, non-stop with no constraint.
eB_Open is a completed system that can also be integrated with an ERP/accounting system (currently support Accpac/SBT Pro, Accountmate and Accpac Advantage is coming up). It also integrates with the Icube Customer1st that gives you the completed customer services solution.
Linking with other systems allows eB_Open to get available data (items, vendors, customers, inventory etc.) from the accounting system to form a seamless integrated and completed solution and without the effort of import/export or data entry.
eB_Open is designed with the advanced technology and offers you with your preference of database options such as Visual FoxPro, MySQL, Pervasive SQL and MS SQL. You can install the following modules as needed, with your choice of the language interface (currently support English, Traditional and Simplified Chinese). On the client side, it runs on a browser that is available in computers, the web-enabled portable and handheld devices.
eMobile provides the ability to run the core modules to be running on an Internet based handheld device.
It is the module for processing purchase orders on line, from creating of purchase requisition, getting approval to generating the purchase orders. When linked to an accounting system, eB_Open will upload the approved purchase order information to the linked accounting system for generating the purchase orders and further processing.
It also tracks purchase quotes from all vendors and it has intelligent reports to analyze their price performance. Buyers can always refer to previous quotation for a specific vendor for reference. Email notification will be sent to approvers to alert for pending orders to approve. Once approved, emails will be sent to the buyers and vendors for confirmation.
It is the module for processing sales orders on-line, creating sales order bids, getting approval by sales department and optional credit approval, to generating the sales orders. When linked to an accounting system, eB_Open will upload the approved sales bid information to the accounting system for generating sales order and further processing.
It also provides inquires and reports for information related to items, inventory, customers, history and outstanding orders and payments etc. Email notification will be sent to approvers to alert for pending orders to approve. Once approved, emails will be sent to sales people and customers for confirmation.
This module is an on-line shopping system for B2B customers and optional B2C customers with the Build-to-order option to allow your customers to pick their preferable system configuration. It also import orders from emails, in which the orders have been generated by a hosting service provider.
All displayed items are organized in a three-layer catalogue structure and with a simple interface to maintain. eShop allows all your updated data (pricing, sales items, specification, inventory etc.) to be reflected to the web in a real-time base to react with the dynamic business needs. It can be easily linked to 3rd party on-line payment provider for real time payment of purchased items.
eShop has an easy configuration for freight charge rate, sales tax rate, discount rate; pictures of items; and it has a separate section for Hot sales that you can define what promotional items to display.
Customers’ orders will require your approval. Updates to customers include emails for order acceptance and after shipment. Order status is also available to be inquired on-line with password protection along with the history of orders and payments.
This is the mandatory module to install, set up, maintain and administrate the entire system for the installed software modules, the operating rules, users and their access rights and the linkage to accounting system etc.
