simPRO just seemed to fit
We looked at so many software systems but simPRO just seemed to fit. They were a great option for a smaller business but still offered us all the functionality we were looking for including being cloud based and offering a mobile app for our staff in the field. Their pricing also alligned well with our expectations.
Implementing simPRO was the single best decision in business
I honestly did not expect to grow and prosper as much as I have. I did not think that I would be in a position to buy another company just 4 years after where I was. I did not expect that I would need a bigger office space to handle the growth I have seen. I did not expect that I would have more personal time to spend with my family and I did not expect to get to take as many vacations as I do. Implementing simPRO was the single best decision I have made in business over the past 24 years.
The best software I ever got
The best software I ever got, been using a year and has transformed my business. I have tried all of them and this is truly cloud based, it keep all my suppliers, customers, employees and subcontractors details in one place and tracks all reminders like contracts and certificates and suppliers insurances and training need.
Unlike a lot of other job management software
Unlike a lot of other job management software we looked at, simPRO offers in-person training and live US support. The software itself is robust and offers plenty of functionality for our business, but it really comes down to the training and continued support. We looked at some cheaper options, and although training was an additional expense, it was worth every penny. Without the training, we would have been lost and unable to use the software. The trainers are great and keep training light and are knowledgeable business consultants. Highly recommend!!!
simPRO allowed us to cancel several other software programs
simPRO allowed us to bring all of our employees together into one software package from lead to quote to job management to invoicing and receiving payments. It even tracks field personnel time. This allowed us to cancel several other software programs that we were using and got everybody on the same page saving time which saves money.
