With AUTOsist, officers can record fuel fill ups and complete vehicle inspections where they can input their mileage which feeds the system to see what cars are due for maintenance such as an oil change. This has been one of the biggest time savers.
Autosist has helped me keep accurate and up to date records on the 25 vehicles that we have in our fleet. I like that I can keep all of the records in one location and I never have to worry about saving my work, as its all automatically saved. The design layout makes it easy to select one of the vehicles in our fleet and all of the information is instantly displayed. The software is very easy to use and learn, without sacrificing key features. Whenever I need to recall service records, it is simple to click on the vehicle in question, and all of the information is displayed along with any of the data that I inputted.
At one time I had a fleet of 11 vehicles to track. It was a daily task and so difficult. This program was a game changer. I was tracking things old school on excel spreadsheets and searching in QuickBooks and putting reminders in my Outlook. It was nuts.
Pros: It allows me to have at hand no matter where I am at. Upload in the field. Save photos. The notes and reminders are awesome. Heck, it is so great I even added my pets so I could keep track of their records since I travel a lot and needed info on hand. Its for vehicles, but I needed a place to keep track of my pets vet records, reminders for vaccinations, etc. It works for that too. I’ve told Autosist they should make this also for health records for tracking each of my kids/pets, etc. This program has been so helpful and saved me so much time.
Cons: I don’t have anything I like least…. It all works well. Whenever I have had an issue I was able to get it resolved.
Prior to using AUTOsist, we were entering all vehicle information into an enormous spreadsheet. This took way more time than any of us had. Now, the mechanics enter repairs and maintenance records as they work.
This product was the best option for our company because we can monitor and maintain vehicles without having any sort of tracker installed and there is no monthly per-vehicle fee. This allows us to keep up with maintenance on our forklifts, trailers, and more.
I would like to be able to see the year and make of the vehicles without having to go into the Vehicle Details.
The customer service is great and fast. Problems are dealt with quickly and information is free flowing.
The reason that we found and use this software was to track the GCPD vehicles and information in an easier way than through the Fleet software that the City uses, which not many of us had access to and required backloading receipts for fuel. This system allows for a picture of the receipt and we do not have to keep the paper.
The connection sometimes is a little slow on adding the users.
My overall experience has been amazing. From the support team to the ever day function of the software I never have issues. Not to mention the pricing cannot be beat!
The software is easy to use, even for our older employees.
I do not really have any cons I can think of.
Anytime I have an issue I email the customer support. I have consistently been blown away by the immediate responses I have received at ALL times of day and weekends. I have worked with other multi-million dollar fleet products at other jobs and Zorrane at AUTOsist beats them all.
Ease of use and functionality hands down!!!
Not being able to get exactly what I wanted with the customized Inspections. I was able to get the inspection items in there, but not exactly in the format I was hoping for. Still give them 5-stars though.
The staff is very helpful and the app. works great.
This thing tracks everything and reminds you for service with the ability to add custom reminders. Its very nice to have all your trucks info in 1 place.
