A bit of a let down

The Good…

It has a nice layout, but you cannot print a dec page directly from matrix which is unfortunate especially when a company website is down and we need one, and it seems to go down more than normal lately

The Bad…

When it does go down there’s no compensation on your bill and they don’t even bother to email their clients/agencies to let them know what’s going on

Agency Matrix has taken a downturn in it’s reliability. We don’t know if we’ll be able to work from day to day.

It seems anytime they do an update, the system goes down. It takes days for them to figure out the problem. This reflects bad on my agency.

Since ITC acquired Agency Matrix they have lost focus. The agency doesn’t seem to be important anymore. It is good when it works. Upper management (decision makers) will not return telephone calls. They take us for granted. I suggest that agency owners explore all options. The principles that Agency Matrix was founded, don’t seem to apply with ITC.

Management will not return calls. Seems to have a lot of issues since ITC acquired them. Poor communication!

Now with Agency Matrix it’s a lot easier. We see it all in one shot, in one screen, in one software where we can handle everything we need to do in a faster time and it lets us focus on what is really important.
