We are in the process of switching from an excel spreadsheet to this Global Shop Solutions. It has been a long process but the Global Shop team has laid out the steps and have been working with us along the way.
This system is not for the small guys who need something out of the box and will require some tech knowledge to get set-up correctly.
But it has all the features we need and even will handle shop floor automation for us!

Not user friendly. 20 clicks to complete one task. Global Shop markets “custom made” which is very misleading and overpriced.
Nothing, interface is out dated.
Everything! Software text is 10 pts or smaller and it cannot be changed. Everything you want requires training. Everything requires setting changes. Their training videos spend 10+ min on changing settings every time!
