The Good…

PlanStreet is fairly easy to use. Staff are usually quick to answer our questions and make the changes we need.

The Bad…

I’m not familiar with other case management systems, but I’ve used data systems in other settings. I don’t know the industry terms, so the best way I can describe it is that PlanStreet isn’t dynamic. The fact that forms become PDFs instead of operating like the intake/case detail section is frustrating for us.
