There is no limit on the number of employees and companies. Easypay allows any combination of hourly, salaried, and commissioned employees. Weekly, biweekly, semi-monthly, monthly, ten and thirteen pays per period are supported.

Easypay has created a process called Quick Cheque. This feature allows for the creation of a cheque at any time, eliminating the need to ever write a cheque manually. This process is ideal for creating replacement cheques, corrections, separate bonus cheques, advances, vacation pay and much more.
Print Cheques or create a Direct Deposit file to transfer funds directly into an employee’s bank account. All of the major banks and credit unions are supported.

Easypay automates the Record of Employment process. Individual or batched ROEs can either be printed to the government supplied forms or exported to the HRSDC’s ROE Web or Laser Print applications.
In addition to year-to-date totals, Easypay keeps the cheque stub information for every cheque ever issued via the system. This provides for exceptional audit and reporting capabilities.
Easypay calculates EI, CPP and tax for all provinces and territories. Contribution amounts for EHT (Ontario Employer Health Tax) and QHSF (Quebec Health Services Fund) are also calculated.
There are 40 user definable deductions and these can be taxable, non-taxable, a flat amount, a percentage of gross, or cents off each hour worked. The WCB premiums can be setup in this area.
There are 40 additional deductions and earnings available at timecard entry for occasional or varying amounts. The earnings can be defined as taxable or non-taxable.
The number of hourly and piecework rates is unlimited.
Easypay allows for all of an employee’s expenses to be charged to a home or assigned department. If desired, an employee’s expenses can be allocated to as many departments required. There is no limit on the number of departments per company.
At year-end, T4, T4A and Quebec Relevé 1 records are generated and ready to print.
