Should focus on improving software instead of marketing

December 19th, 2022 • Product Experience: trial only • Role: End User

This was the software that popped up everytime I did a google search. After demoing the system we came to realize that they are way behind when it comes to audits and other features. They need to cut back on marketing and improve their software.

Pros

Great Marketing

Cons

Software is way behind when it comes to audits.

The interface is easy to understand from both the admin and staff aspects

September 13th, 2019 • Roles: Purchaser & End User

We have been able to track about all devices within a hospitals as we want, the customizable features, reports, and onboarding/offboarding process is fun to work with. We’re very happy with Asset Panda and highly recommend!

Pros

The interface is easy to understand from both the admin and staff aspects. This enhances the learning curve and helps the workflow of current and incoming as well as outgoing inventory.

Cons

This isn't really an aspect of Asset Panda because it is the same with any change in process in an organization. Getting staff onboard to embrace the new processes is a challenge, however one they try out Asset Panda, you typically get rave reviews and feedback.

The Asset profile is another strong point

July 10th, 2019 • Roles: Purchaser & End User

It is easy to setup and amend ‘on-the-fly’, after the go-live. I have found that report automation is a strong point of the system. Support when required, was prompt.

Pros

The Asset profile is another strong point and the content of it, is only limited by your imagination.

Cons

They say 'No product is perfect'; but I can not in all honesty, think of anything I like least about it.

Asset Panda does it all!

Pros

I have used many other so-called asset tracking programs - none have have ever worked better, easier or more accurately than Asset Panda! I always know where my assets are at!

Cons

Wish we could find more DIY videos that could be deployed to the guys in the field to help with the on the job learning curve.

A rock-solid interface, web presence, Mobile app

July 2nd, 2019 • Roles: Purchaser & End User

We use it for tracking assets. It’s cloud based and comes with all the necessary modern tools. A rock-solid interface, web presence, Mobile app, scanning capability, quality reporting tools.

Pros

The support. The launch process team was incredibly helpful and now, even years later, I better understand what they were guiding us toward as we built out our implementation. Not only is their team knowledgeable, but they are engaging and a joy to work with. Even when we really don't quite know what we want or how we want to go about it.

Cons

As a web-based product, I usually have to wait to log in to make any inquiries or adjustments to products since I don't live in it all the time now. The login process is quick and intuitive, but I still need to authenticate more frequently than I would like.
